This course is required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission to become a licensed real estate agent in Georgia. This course will provide you with the tools necessary to pass the school and state final exams. You will learn about property ownership, financing, leasing, appraisals, deeds, fair housing and much more.
Materials are included into the cost of the course. Shipping is available upon request.
