Conquering the 3 C’s: CRS, CMA and ConnectMLS

Taught by a GAMLS representative this class will discuss some of the resources available through GAMLS for real estate professionals. CRS offers access to public tax records for properties in Georgia and limited counties in South Carolina, Tennesee, Alabama, and Florida. This tool helps real estate professionals gather property details and conduct market research. Participants will learn to use CRS and ConnectMLS to better understand the market and serve clients.
