Fair Housing in Action

This class will equip real estate professionals with knowledge of Fair Housing laws, ethical considerations, and legal compliance to prevent discriminatory practices. This is now a required course by the National Association of Realtors® that coincides with the Code of Ethics training timeline that began January 1, 2025 with a deadline of December 31, 2027.
